Gas Ironer CY GAS (G) I II III IV
The calender is characterized by the presence of a roller with a diameter of 800mm, heated internally, which evaporates moisture and simultaneously irons flat linen pressed onto the roller by the ironing bands (belts).
- This equipment adopts frequency conversion for speed regulation, allowing the customer to adjust the speed according to fabric demand to improve ironing efficiency.
- The roller with a diameter of 800mm is made of stainless steel AISI304, and each transfer roller adopts galvanizing technology to extend the machine’s lifespan.
- The large 300-degree roller angle effectively expands the heated work area, improves ironing speed, efficiently utilizes thermal energy, and reduces energy consumption.
- Adoption of motor, reducer, chain transfer, compact structure, reliable and precise transfer.
- Excellent design with different speeds ensures high-quality ironing.
- Thanks to the multi-roller design, the customer can conveniently increase the number of rollers without increasing or changing the equipment, saving workspace and labor, and effectively reducing management costs, increasing the quantity of ironed linen.
- The laser-shaped machine body will maintain perfect parallelism after assembly, and the machine will always operate smoothly and precisely.
- Finger protection and various emergency stop buttons are provided for safe operation.
- Space-saving installation against the wall with front return is possible.
